Should we? Well, I think this question is an individualistic one, so the answer should come that way. People differ, and so do their choices and needs. What one person wants may not be what the other wants. We go into relationships and marriage for different reasons which are guided by our needs.
Some go into a relationship because they’re lonely, so they need companionship, others do it for society (you know, because everyone is doing it, so they want to fit in), some do it for recreation; they need a woman just because they need children, or sexual satisfaction… etc.
So relationships and marriage aren’t meant only for people in love; well, maybe marriage, because it’s for the longer- term, but even then, there are people who get married for reasons other than love. So I think our reasons for getting into these things are pretty much dependent on us as individuals and what we want out of a relationship/marriage. Anyone can go into a relationship or marriage if they want something other than love and commitment in return. My 2 cents!
