Hello everyone, welcome to today’s segment of Elcrema Sunday Love Special; an interactive session in which we get to discuss topics about anything bordering on relationships.
This is our first segment of this column of the year, so we say happy New Year to everyone who has been a follower of this segment.
Our discussion on today’s episode of Elcrema Sunday Love Special is; does it really matter if she’s been with nobody, just one man or a thousand men?
Men are naturally promiscuous, but when it comes down to settling down with a lady, they would prefer being with a lady who really hasn’t had much men in her life.
Drama and I (Shawn) would share our views on the matter, and we would also love to know what the men think.

Hello guys, it’s the very first edition of Sunday love special for this year, so before I proceed to the day’s topic, I want to say a very happy new year to you all our loyal fans and followers. Thank you for your support last year and I hope you have a far better 2015.
Now, to the topic of the day, I think to a certain degree, it does matter how many people were there before you in your partner’s life. I mean, come on, we are all humans, and no one can say they don’t care — unless of course, your feelings for the person isn’t genuine. No one man wants to end up with a girl who’s been used and dumped by every Dick and Harry around. And no right-thinking woman wants to end up with the neighbourhood womanizer as her man for obvious reasons.
First of all, the issue of respect and pride has to be considered. You want to be with someone you can introduce to friends and family confidently without having to worry about her smeared reputation. Someone you can be with and not be ashamed of.
Secondly, there’s always a feeling of insecurity that comes with dating or marrying someone like that. No matter how much your love for them, you’ll always feel like they could cheat on you or they’re not fully changed. So, I think that yeah, it does matter to an extent, how many partners they had before you. But of course, love always conquers all. You can get around anything if there’s love and understanding between two people.
