6. LOW FAT DIET

The first tip points that high fat diet can kill your testosterone level, but that doesn’t mean a low fat diet would do any better. Researchers at UCLA found that men who greatly reduced their fat intake and lowered their fibre intake from their baseline diet had a 12 percent decrease in testosterone level.

7. EXCESS CONSUMPTION OF FOOD

Too much food intake wouldn’t do your testosterone level any good deal. Consumption of food in excess can lead to weight gain and this would kill your testosterone level especially if excess food intake is matched with little or no exercising.
