Sleeping naked comes with lots of surprising benefits, but you would find that majority of the world’s population sleep with their clothes on.

While some are unaware of the health benefits of sleeping unclad, others are so used to sleeping with their clothes and undies on, while many wouldn’t ditch their clothes probably because of insects that are found in their environment.

However, studies have proven that sleeping unclad would do you more good than harm.

Dutch scientists conducted a study which they placed thermo suits on participants just so as to lower their skin temperature. They found that this encouraged deeper and better sleep. 2. PREVENTS AGEING

According to a study published in the journal Sleep, sleep helps triggers the release of anti-ageing hormones such as melatonin and growth hormones.
