SINGLE? DON’T WORRY, THAT CAN CHANGE IF YOU TRY THE FOLLOWING…

The single life is sweet if it’s by choice, but it can be frustrating if you’re actually trying to date, and nothing seems to work. I’ve got a few ideas to help you change that single status if you really want to. Just try the following…

1. Start an exercise routine. Register at a gym for starters, or simply take a jog around your neighbourhood. That way you can meet more people, and obviously, the more people you meet, the higher your chances of finding someone you like.

2. Nothing wrong with taking public transportation occasionally. The idea is to be seen more. The more you’re seen, the more noticeable you are, and then, the easier it is for relationships to be started. You never know, that guy/girl you’re meant to with could be in the next train or taxi you take.

3. Never look down on anyone, you’d miss a lot of potential partners when you do so.

4. Be more open-minded. There are some of us who have something against office dating, and while it’s not always the way to go, I also think that you wouldn’t know what outcome you’ll get unless you try. So if you work at an organization where it’s allowed to date your colleagues, you could consider giving it a shot.

5. Travel more. With a change of environment comes the possibility of meeting new people who don’t really know you, and obviously that also offers the chance to build newer relationships.

6. Be more realistic with your search criteria. Sometimes, we look for things that aren’t really realistic in those we want to date. There’s no such thing as a perfect human being. The more we understand that, the better for us. Just make sure you go for someone whose positives outweigh their negatives.

7. Be approachable. If you give people negative energy and the impression that you’re not the easy-going type, you’ll be avoided. It’s better to walk around with a smile on your face than a frown.

Good luck!
