If you plan getting married when you are 32 or more, maybe you need to have a rethink because a 2015 research claims that couples who marry after the age of 32 are more likely to divorce.

The research by Nicholas Wolfinger, a sociologist at the University of Utah reveals that there is a perfect window of time in which to get married.

Mr Wolfinger analysed data from the National Survey of Family Growth in order to best determine what age people face the greatest risk of divorce.

Mr Wolfinger believes the best time to get married is during your mid to late-twenties as according to him as soon as you become 32, the odds swing the other way, with the risk of divorce increasing by more than 5 percent every year.

Mr Wolfinger however noted that this is a new trend because back in the 1990s, the longer you waited before getting married, the lower the risk of divorce.

So would you marry now or wait till you are 32?
