People (ladies especially) are always confused on how long to wait before having sex with an intended partner; while some have sex on the first date or just after the first date, many rebuke it for being too early. So when is the right time then?
A survey by Time Out found that we should wait exactly 3.53 dates before sleeping with a new partner. The study surveyed 11,000 people around the world for its global dating survey 2015, and 3.53 dates was the number most daters felt as appropriate – which is midway through the fourth date.
Interestingly, the survey also revealed that New York is the most desperate city, with 45 percent of New York folks in relationships describing themselves as ‘sad and single’.
More interestingly, the survey also answered another important question which many people are usually curious about. How many times do you have to do you need to go on dates before changing your relationship status on Facebook? The study found nine dates as the most appropriate.
