7. POSITIVITY
Any leader with a negative mind isn’t worth being a leader — truth be told. A positive minded leader would spread positivity around his camp, while a negative minded leader would spread negativity and uncertainty with so many other negative vices around his camp. A good leader should be a positive leader; it’s by being positive you would get results.
8. BE ABLE TO DELEGATE
Of course, nobody is Superman; you cannot do everything by yourself. A good leader should be able to delete tasks. Delegation shows that you trust the abilities of your followers; it shows your team isn’t a one man show, and this would motivate your followers to be better.
9. COMMUNICATION
Communication is a vital tool that’s needed in leadership. It’s not enough to have ideas and to have a plan; the ability to communicate properly with your team and making them understand your vision and have the same sense of direction is highly important.
With these nine things on your side, you would be a leader everyone can look up to.
