The way you start your day matters; having a bad or not-so-good morning can lead to a very terrible day.

While we cannot control what happens during the course of the day, we can get our mind and body prepped up to face whatever life challenges that might come that day.

1. MAKE A TO-DO LIST

Making a simple to-do list the night before would make you feel organised and in control of your morning; it would kill that bit of confusion you might face in the morning and this would lead to a smoother morning. Remember, the to-do list has to be simple.

2. STAY AWAY FROM ELECTRONICS/GADGETS BEFORE YOU SLEEP

3. HAVE A SIMPLE MEAL
