Laziness is a bad trait, and one that could take you away from your dreams and visions. Some people choose to be lazy and remain in their laziness, without knowing the harms that they’re doing to themselves.
The following things are some characteristics of lazy people.
1. THEY ALWAYS PROCRASTINATE
Lazy people are procrastinators; they never get the job done when it should be done. Lazy people are good at procrastinating; they keep saying later and later until it gets very late.
2. THEY LOVE SUCCESS, BUT HATE THE ROAD TO IT
Lazy people love success and the things that come with success, but then, they hate the road to success. They are never willing to work their way up to being successful; all they have are mere wishes.
3. THEY HAVE AN EXCUSE FOR EVERYTHING
Lazy people are good at excuses; they have an excuse for everything. They have an excuse why they aren’t successful, why they didn’t get the work done and why they never improve. With a lazy person, there’s always an excuse.
4.THEIR MOTIVATION QUICKLY BURNS OUT
The motivation of a lazy person could be compared to a match stick. They could get motivated about something, but it wouldn’t take long for the motivation to die, and they’d go back to their state of laziness.
5. THEY NEVER LEARN
Lazy people never learn from their mistakes; they keep making the same mistake over and over. When they learn from their mistake, it might be either too late or they make the same mistake in another way.
6. THEY KEEP LOOKING FOR QUICK MEANS
Lazy people keep looking for quick means to achieve their goals; they hate to go the right way, they hate the hard work; they keep looking for a quick fix to a hard situation.
7. THEY RATHER SPEND TIME ON UNPRODUCTIVE THINGS
Rather than spend time on productive things, lazy people prefer to spend time on things that wouldn’t help them achieve their goals. They love luxury but can’t work for it.
8. THEY NEVER AGREE THAT THEY’RE LAZY
The worst part of it all is that — lazy people never agree that they’re lazy.
Laziness is a big enemy of success; they just can’t mix.
