3. LEARN TO REST MORE

Learn to rest more because your body needs it to recharge. Don’t see sleep as a waste of time. Learn not to bring jobs from the office home so you can have a proper rest at home. Having a good sleep regularly is really good for your health.

4. SURROUND YOURSELF WITH POSITIVE PEOPLE

When you surround yourself with negative people who have unhealthy habits, you tend to pick up these habits too. Iron sharpens iron. So learn to surround yourself with positive people so you would develop positive habits that won’t leave you stressed.

Technology is wonderful as it has provided us with phones, laptops and TVs to make life really easy for us but these gadgets can also add to our stress levels when we become addicted to them. Learn to switch your gadgets off sometimes. This would help you deal with stress as connected to your gadgets regularly can leave you feeling exhausted and unhealthy.
