The fact that you are in a relationship with a man doesn’t actually mean he’s committed to the relationship; men have two kinds of relationships – a committed relationship and a mere relationship.
You could be in a mere relationship with a man and wouldn’t know it, if you aren’t too careful.
These are some of the reasons he chose to have that less committed relationship with you:
1. HE HAS ANOTHER WOMAN
He could probably have another woman that’s the main person in his life and you’d just be a second choice. If this is the case, he’d never truly commit to you. And a lot of men tend to follow this pattern.
2. HE DOESN’T SEE YOU AS A WOMAN HE’D WANT TO MARRY
Some men tend to enter a relationship with a woman not because they want to marry her, but just for the sake of being in the relationship with her. If you are with a man who doesn’t see you as marriage worthy but only as a relationship worthy partner, then that’s all you’d be to him.
3. HE’S JUST NOT READY
If he’s not ready to commit to you then there is little to nothing you can do. Commitment is a big step for most men and if they aren’t ready to take that next step, the relationship will remain at the same level.
4. HE’S NOT YET SURE
A man who’s unsure of the relationship or unsure of what being married to you will be like, will never take that relationship beyond its present state. Men want to be sure of the woman they are with and a man who’s unsure, will never take the relationship further.
5. SO MANY DISTRACTIONS
To some men, they get carried away and get easily distracted and forget to focus on their relationship. It’s even more difficult with men like these, and it’s unadvisable to be with a man who’s easily distracted, because more often than not, such a relationship would only be futile.
