Living a life of fear is probably the worst way you can live your life. Fear could make you get stuck in life, it could make you live in denial and hold you back from living. Chasing your dreams will be a forlorn thing once fear steps in.
Fear might be bound to come, but it’s up to you to accept or reject it. Once you let it in, it’s usually downhill from there.
Remember these 4 things whenever fear is holding you bound.
1. YOU ARE GOOD ENOUGH
Fear makes doubts to creep in; it makes you believe you aren’t good enough, and it could hold you back from chasing your goals, dreaming big and doing certain things you ought to.
Simply told, fear is just a lie that tries to make you feel you aren’t good enough, but you are — and you should always remember that.
2. IT’S NOT AS HARD AS IT SEEMS
Fear could make a task seem impossible and unachievable; it could make you see the worst in every situation rather than the good side of it.
But you should always remember that once you take the first step and keep on going, it wouldn’t be as difficult as you thought it was. Fear wants you to remain in your comfort zone, but you shouldn’t let it.
3. YOU AREN’T BROKEN
Fear could make you feel broken physically and emotionally — but you aren’t. Fear will try to make you feel incapable, but it’s not true — you can do anything, as long as you believe.
4. WORRYING WOULDN’T SOLVE A THING
Fear wants you to live in worries, so you’ll become hurt, down, upset, frustrated and depressed. But always remember that worrying wouldn’t accomplish anything, rather it’ll hold you back the more.
Remember, anything you want is on the other side of fear.
