There is almost always that interesting movie or soap opera to watch just after 10 pm which could keep you awake till midnight while some just stay in bed thinking about issues bothering them, and many stay up all night working.

What time do you really sleep at night? Sleep is very important for the body, and quality sleep is even more essential. The quality of your sleep affects your daily activities and functions.

Sleep expert, Shawn Stevenson, in an interview with Yahoo, has studied the optimal methods for maximizing the quality of your sleep, and has looked at how everything from the set-up of your bedroom to how much water you drink during the day can affect your sleep.

He revealed that everyone is different, so it is important to listen to what works best for you. Though he recommends a 10pm to 6am sleep schedule as the best.
