When is the perfect time in a new relationship to start letting out the fart in front of our partner?
Whether we admit it or not, farts are inevitable in any relationship. It’s always going to happen but when is the ideal time to fart in front of your partner without looking completely unsexy?
A study was conducted by Mic using Google Forms collected answers from 125 people in their 20s and 30s to find out when we ought to start letting one rip in front of our partner in a new relationship.
Most people felt it was ideal letting it rip in front of their partner after two to six months of dating, with 29 percent of respondents saying that’s when they really start going for it.
25.2 percent of people surveyed said they won’t fart in front of their partner until 6 to 12 months into the relationship. 22.4% said they will never fart in front of their partner no matter what happens while 9.3 percent say they won’t do it until one year into the relationship.
The respondents were also asked “At what point in your relationship do you feel it’s acceptable to fart?” 33.3 percent said once they were sleeping at each other’s places regularly. 18.6 percent said they will only fart once they’d heard the other person fart.
One of the respondents in the survey however admitted that if you can’t fart with someone, you can’t be real with them.
