If you grew up dancing, there is a high chance that you would be a happy person who is smarter and less stressed and there is a research to back this up if you are in doubt.
According to a Swedish research lead by Anna Dubert, dance can result in high adherence and a positive experience for people who dance.
The researchers arrived at this conclusion after conducting a study involving 112 female teens.
The researchers observed that the results were positive for the girls involved in dancing as their mental health improved and they also experienced a mood boost.
And according to the study, enrolling in dance classes isn’t a bad idea as it’s not late to get the benefits derived from dancing.
The study was published in Archives of Pediatrics & Adolescent Medicine.
