MEN ONLY: 6 SYMPTOMS YOU SHOULD NEVER IGNORE OR RISK DYING YOUNG

Sick man stomach pain

A study published in the journal Preventative Medicine found men are less likely to go to a doctor and even when they visit a doctor, they are less likely to be honest with the doctor about their problems.

It’s important you don’t ignore these symptoms as they could be a sign of a serious health problem. Make sure you visit a doctor if you notice any of these symptoms and try to be honest with the doctor.

Below are 6 symptoms no man should ever ignore or risk dying young

1. ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION

Medical experts advice men experiencing any degree of erectile dysfunction to seek medical help because it could be an early warning sign of heart disease.

2. LACK OF SMELL

A lack of smell in men could signal problems with a man’s fertility. A lack of smell could signal the pituitary gland not producing a hormone called gonadotropin-releasing hormone and a lack of this hormone means the testicles will not make sperm.

3. DEVELOPS BREAST

A man developing what appears to be breast could signal gynaecomastia, a condition caused by hormone imbalance. Developing man boobs could also be a sign the testicles aren’t working properly. Man boobs could also be a sign of liver disease too. So it’s important men with ‘man boobs’ visit the doctor to see if they are simply fatty tissue or breast tissue.

4. BLOOD IN THE URINE

Make sure you visit a doctor if you observe blood in your urine because it is a common sign of bladder cancer.

5. LUMPS AROUND THE NIPPLES

Lumps around a man’s nipple could signal male breast cancer. I know most men would be shocked to find out that men can have breast cancer too. Lumps often painless and close to the nipple could indicate breast cancer, although they can also occur away from the nipple.

6. LUMPS AND SWELLING IN THE TESTICLES

Do not ignore lumps and swellings in the testicles as they could also be a sign of testicular cancer. This is the most common cancer in men aged 20 to 35.
