We consume foods to provide nutritional support for our body but do you know there are certain foods we should avoid at all cost? These foods I am about to list should be avoided as they can lead to some serious health problems, especially if you eat them frequently.

Margarine is a popular choice for most people because it is cheaper than butter and most also think it is a healthy alternative to butter. Margarine has loads of trans fats, which increase your cholesterol and it also contains a lot of ingredients versus butter’s one or two.

3. ARTIFICIAL SWEETENERS:

Sweeteners are way sweeter than sugar and the reason why you should avoid them is because they can reset your taste buds to crave sugary foods and you end up eating more junk foods.
