1. YOU GET A LITTLE CURVIER

Most women would get a little curvier during their 20s as they begin to have an increase in fat distribution in their hips, thighs and bust region. The increase in these regions would occur irrespective of diet and exercise and the increase occurs due to metabolic changes, weight gain, and hormonal changes.

2. YOUR PERIODS BECOME MORE REGULAR

Some women might have periods that are random and unpredictable during their teen years but this would change during their 20s as they become less random and unpredictable. Your periods become more regular because you are at your peak fertility potential.

3. YOUR DESIRE TO HAVE SEX INCREASES

During your 20s, your desire to have sex would be at an all-time high. Do not worry about your high sex desire during your 20s as this is pretty normal. This is no excuse to start having random sex though.

7. YOUR BONE STRENGTH INCREASES

During your 20s, your bone strength would increase so ensure you get enough calcium and vitamin D as this would help stimulate growth of bone cells. You would lose bone mass faster when you hit menopause so it’s really important you have a good amount of bone mass stored up now.

8. YOU WOULD NOTICE CHANGES IN YOUR NIPPLES

During your 20s, you might notice changes in your nipples as your areolae can start looking larger and darker than it did before. Do not worry when you notice this because it is absolutely normal.
