Every relationship needs a bit of sacrifice and dedication for it to be successful. Ironically, there are certain decisions and sacrifices that might be too costly for a lady to do for a man.
1. NEVER BE DESPERATE
Never be desperate for a man who isn’t desperate for you. Desperation puts you in bad light, and makes you lose your value; he’ll tend to value you less when you are too desperate for him.
2. NEVER GIVE UP ON YOUR DREAMS
Giving up on your dreams just to be with/please a man could be the riskiest decision you could make as a woman. What’s your guarantee for the future? What do you fall back to if that doesn’t work. Besides, you still have to chase those dreams and fulfil all your goals even though you have the man of your dreams.
3. NEVER CHANGE YOUR MORALS
Your morals are part of who you really are, and it isn’t something you should change for a man. Your good morals shouldn’t be lowered just to accommodate a man; you’ll end up doing more than that in the long run.
4. YOUR BODY TYPE
A lot of women spend a lot of money and even perform surgeries just to change their body type or the colour of their skin, in order to impress a man.
Different men love different body type, so changing your body type just to impress a man is only shallow.
5. NEVER PRETEND TO BE SOMEONE ELSE
Being someone else is a waste of who you are. If you cannot be yourself for a man, then he isn’t the right one for you.
6. NEVER COMPROMISE YOUR STANDARDS
Your standards are a core part of you; in many ways they define who you really are. It’s important to settle for a man who respects and understands your standard, than settle for a man you’d have to lower your standards for.
Doing any of these six things for a man might be too costly a mistake to make, and you’ll lose a huge part of you when you do these, and you’ll end up regretting them.
