5 WAYS TO STOP BEING JEALOUS OF YOUR EX

Emotions could be tricky, and sometimes it’s difficult to move on from someone you had a connection with and truly felt something for; but if you are no longer together, you’ll only hurt yourself when you keep feeling jealous about that ex.

1. GET BUSY

This is also very important. 5. BUILD UP YOUR SELF-ESTEEM

A major reason why you get jealous about your ex is because you focus on the good things going on in that person’s life and forget about the good things going on in your life. Focus more on the good things going on in your life and choose to be happy about it; feel more confident in yourself.
