5 THINGS YOU SHOULDN’T REALLY USE TO DESCRIBE YOURSELF

men talking

You are whom you choose to be, but more often than not many people claim to be who they aren’t. There are two popular sayings: ‘action speaks louder than words’ and ‘by their fruits we shall know them’. These two sayings reveal that at the end of the day, it’s not by what you say you are but it’s by what you do.

These five things below shouldn’t only be said by you, but your actions should speak of it.

1. I’M CONFIDENT

Confidence is a trait that’s easy to spot in an individual, but there is a thin line between confidence and arrogance. Many people who claim to be confident are actually arrogant without really knowing.

2. A GIVER

If you are a giver, your works would speak for you rather than your words. Many people claim to be charitable, when in essence they rarely give or give grudgingly. Sometimes it isn’t even by what you give but by how you give.

3. BRAVE

Bravery isn’t a term you define by yourself. If you are brave people would see it and know it. Many claim to be brave but only do so with their words and not their actions.

4. CARING

If you care about people, you won’t even need to go around bragging about it, it would be evident in what you do regularly.

5. HUMBLE

Humility is a trait almost everyone admires, and it’s a trait that’s easily spotted by many. You don’t have to go around telling people that you are humble, people would know if you really are.

Action really speaks louder than words. Many people feel they are these, but act opposite. It’s not by what you say, it’s by what you do.
