LOCATION
You can’t compare a mega city with a growing or vastly underdeveloped one. A growing city is likely to have far less job openings than an urban area. So the ideal thing is to move to one or include one in your locations when you register with job notification companies.

It is sad, but the truth is a lot of job-hunters (educated and uneducated) don’t really know what they have to offer. They don’t have any area of specialty or any skill to offer. This possibly limits their chances to apply for jobs outside their background course at college.
