Sometimes one could be in a relationship and have no idea that it isn’t a relationship. So many people have even confused a relationship based on just sex to be a real relationship.<\/p>\n
A relationship is one that can even survive even when there is little or no sex, but a sexual relationship is one that’s just strictly about sex and nothing else.<\/p>\n

1. THERE IS NOTHING ELSE BRINGING YOU BOTH TOGETHER<\/b><\/p>\n
Some relationships are bound only by sex; apart from sex there is no other thing that brings both partners together. If it isn’t sex then it ought to be sex; meaning no sex, no relationship. But in a real relationship there are so many things that still keep both couples together.<\/p>\n
2. NOTHING OUTDOOR<\/b><\/p>\n
In this kind of relationship, outdoor fun and recreation is a farfetched idea; all dates are on the bed; if it’s not on a bed then there is nothing pleasurable. A relationship like this has no fun; the only thing both couples enjoy is when in the sheet.<\/p>\n
3. NO FUTURE PLANS<\/b><\/p>\n
A healthy relationship always have a little thought at least of the future and what the relationship really holds, but in a purely sexual relationship it’s just about the present. When there is no other desire but just to hit the sheets then there can be no thoughts of the future.<\/p>\n
4. NOTHING CHANGES<\/b><\/p>\n
Year in, year out it’s all the same. In a healthy relationship there are surprises; things change over time, both partners in the relationship still do so much to keep the relationship alive, and this makes the relationship work. It’s the other way round in a sexual relationship; nothing changes, it’s all sex, and sex, year in year out.<\/p>\n
5. NO LIFE AFTER SEX<\/b><\/p>\n
In a relationship that just hovers around sex, sex is the only thing that would keep the passion in that relationship burning; other than that the relationship would have no life. All visits, all conversations, everything about the relationship are circled around sex.<\/p>\n
6. NO SERIOUSNESS, NO COMMITMENT<\/b><\/p>\n
In this kind of relationship based on sex, commitment is a rarity; one or even both partners wouldn\u2019t be serious enough to take the relationship to the next level; the relationship just hovers around the same area till it fades off. This kind of relationship doesn’t even prepare one on how to have a real relationship; no seriousness, no commitment, nothing.<\/p>\n

Many people are in this kind of relationship; some enjoy it, some have no option while some don’t even know that their relationship is headed this way.<\/p>\n
