While some are good and true, others are mostly false and inconsequential to life in that sphere.<\/p>\n<p>There are loads of single people out there who have a misguided opinion about dating that I think should be corrected because if you give it proper consideration, you&#8217;ll discover it has hindered them from taking a step. It has created false fears in some of us, and I want to change that.<\/p>\n<p>Below are some of the false rules and notions people have made about dating, and why they&#8217;re not really of any consequence.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>CONFIDENT WOMEN INTIMIDATE MEN<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Times have changed and men aren\u2019t looking for damsels in distress anymore. There&#8217;s a difference between confidence and superiority complex. Many men appreciate confidence in a woman as long as she doesn\u2019t think she&#8217;s more superior to them.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>YOUR SEX LIFE DIES AFTER YOU TIE THE KNOT<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This is another false notion created to instill fear about marriage. Studies have proven that married people actually have more sex than single people or live-in lovers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>OPPOSITES ATTRACT<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This may be true for some of us, but not for everyone. We should stop making it seem like it&#8217;s the only ground for a successful relationship.
