Many teens, young adults and adults have anger issues of various kinds. It’s even hard today to see one without anger issues.<\/p>\n

Anger is a terrible emotion, and it’s one that can bring harm to your health. Read 6 ways anger can harm your health.<\/em><\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

I’ve written on the different forms of anger issues<\/em><\/strong><\/a>, but this article would focus on the signs that you have anger issues.<\/p>\n

1. YOU TEND TO WITHDRAW<\/strong><\/p>\n

The feeling of anger might not always be vocal or expressed, sometimes it could make you withdraw from others, even people that mean a lot to you. This anger issue is very common, as people often tend to withdraw from their partners and family when they are feeling angry.<\/p>\n

2. SHORT-TEMPER<\/strong><\/p>\n

Short-temper is a sign you have anger issues. When you get angry easily or get easily irritated for a slight thing done to you, it’s a form of anger issue.<\/p>\n

3. NAME CALLING<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ordinarily, if you love someone, you wouldn’t call that person names or try to hurt them with your words. But anger issues can make you forget how you truly feel and call that person names or belittle that person, or say things to hurt them — something you wouldn’t ordinarily do.<\/p>\n

4. IMPATIENCE<\/strong><\/p>\n

Impatience is a form of anger issue. When you are patient, you remain in control, but impatience could push you over the wall and make you do something you wouldn’t ordinarily do. A common example is how impatience make people act in a lousy manner when stuck in traffic.<\/p>\n

5. YOU MAKE PEOPLE AFRAID <\/strong><\/p>\n

People with anger issues tend to make others afraid of them; when people are afraid of your temperament or avoid you, or feel they are walking on egg shells when with you, it’s a sign you have anger issues.<\/p>\n

6. YOU DESTROY THINGS <\/strong><\/p>\n

Anger issues could also make you destructive; it could push you to destroy properties and even things that you value. When anger becloud your judgement and make you destructive to people and things, and even items you have, it’s an issue and a sign of anger issues.<\/p>\n

7. YOU BLAME EVERYONE ELSE <\/strong><\/p>\n

Anger issues are also shown when you tend to blame everyone else but yourself. When you are quick to apportion blames, you show a common sign of anger issue.<\/p>\n

8. PEOPLE MIND THEMSELVES WHEN WITH YOU<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you are the kind of person who can’t take a joke and people tend to be extremely careful when with you; it isn’t because they respect you that much, it’s because they see you as one with anger issues.<\/p>\n

Anger issues come with signs, and these are some common signs of anger issues. Try to seek help and be in control of yourself when you experience these signs.<\/p>\n
