"unproductive"

If you hate working out or you have a man who hates working, this news will definitely make your day.

According to a study published in the Journal of Health Psychology, people who dislike working out are usually more intelligent than their counterparts with huge muscles.

To arrive at this conclusion, the researchers from Florida Gulf Coast University studied 60 students.

The researchers found that people tend to be less physically active if they have higher levels of a trait called “need for cognition.”

What this means is that people who enjoy cognitive endeavours (thinking) are less interested in physical activities and tend to engage in physical activities less often.

So people who hate being physically active by going to the gym can console themselves with this study. LOL.
