The real you comes out when you are alone; when there is no one watching; when you are free to show your moments of madness, away from the public eye, far away from the spotlight and sometimes you chuckle at yourself after you must have done it; that is the crazy you that only you know. Although we might know one or two crazy friends that do such stuffs even in public; those ones are an exception. But I bring you ten crazy things people do when they are alone.

1. FART

When we are out, we tend to control ourselves to maintain that so-called social status but when we are alone, damn, it’s more like we are doing a farting competition with ourselves. Sometimes they are very loud, sometimes they are the smelly types and we just don’t give a damn; but outside, we comport ourselves.

2. DANCE IN A SO-SO MANNER

Picture this; you are home alone, in a happy mood and your favourite song is playing; the dance that goes with this scenario is one that would keep people amazed if they were to watch you do it; the word that can best describe the dance is awkward.

3. DIG OUR NOSE AND PICK OUR TEETH

Outside, it’s disgusting; indoors, it’s appropriate enough. Come on, don’t pretend, we all do this far away from the public eye and sometimes the toothpick isn’t used when we are alone; picking our teeth is a faster and easier option.

4. SOMETIMES YAWN WITH MOUTH WIDE OPEN

When someone is around, you cover your mouth while yawning but when alone, it’s a freestyle thing; you could remember to do it this minute and forget to do it the next.

5. SCRATCH

When we are out and we feel an itch, we scratch it or should I say tap it in the coolest way possible but when we are alone and there is an itch around the hair or any part of the body, it becomes world war two.

6. TALK TO SELF

I think almost everybody do this sometimes; we talk to ourselves aloud; not in your mind, not within you but aloud. Have you heard that phrase ‘’talking to yourself like a mad man’’; but we do it, does that mean we are mad? No.But we just talk to ourselves and I’m still at a loss why.

7. PRETEND TO BE SOMEONE

Yea, we do this when we are alone. We try to act like someone else; maybe your school lecturer, your favourite actor, music star or just anybody worth mimicking.

8. LAUGH WITH SELF

Have you ever had a laugh with yourself; that’s the most hilarious thing ever. You tell yourself a funny joke and laugh at it; or remembered something funny that you have seen before and it made you laugh. It’s really crazy; laughing just like that, but we all do it. And when we do it when someone is around; they keep wondering what’s wrong with us.

9. MAKE RIDICULOUS FACES IN FRONT OF A MIRROR

When we are alone, our mirror can be our best friend; we dance in front of it, admire ourselves in front of it and make so many funny faces in front of it. Making a ridiculous face in front of a mirror is the craziest of them all.

10. CHECK OUR PRIVATES

This is crazy but it’s something we all do; sometimes we just admire our privates in front of a mirror or just check to argue with yourself if it’s too big, too little or just okay. It’s crazy but we do it.

Well, there is nothing wrong in being crazy when you are alone, you know why? Because you are alone.
