4. It’s important your skin is moisturised daily.<\/p>\n
5. Drink lots of water daily and fruits and vegetables that contain a lot of water to keep your skin hydrated.<\/p>\n
6. Try to have enough sleep daily, your face needs it.<\/p>\n
7. When cleaning your face, try to be gentle, so that you wouldn’t stress your face.<\/p>\n
8. Protect your face from the sun as much as possible. Exposure to the sun would accelerate ageing.<\/p>\n
9. Wash your face at least twice a day. Use warm water, rather than hot or cold water because they might cause your skin to appear blotchy.<\/p>\n
10. Eat foods rich in vitamin A and C for those with dry skin. This would help improve the condition of your skin.<\/p>\n
11. Use a suitable exfoliation treatment weekly. This would help smoothen your face.<\/p>\n
