If you want to lose fat, you probably need to start from the cause and discover why you are getting fat in the first place.<\/p>\n

A study by fitness tracker Jawbone claims that the time you go to bed could be making you fat.<\/p>\n

According to Jawbone, people who go to bed after 11pm are more likely to binge on junk food and alcohol.<\/p>\n

“Early birds tended to eat healthier foods on the whole,” wrote Jawbone data scientist Kristin Aschbacher, according to Metro UK.<\/p>\n

“This builds on our previous findings that people log more meals high in fats and sugars late in the evening.<\/p>\n

“We hope this paints a picture of what a good night’s sleep might do.”<\/p>\n

The study is based on data collected from hundreds of thousands of Jawbone UP users which is a fitness wristband that monitors exercise, sleep and which allows users to enter details on the alcohol and food they consume.<\/p>\n
