Your chances of getting a job would be affected if what you think is important on a CV is different from what recruiters are actually looking for.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">According to statistics provided by recruitment specialist, Michael Page, 72% of job seekers think its important to include a personal interest section in a CV but only 41% of recruiters actually agree with this tactic.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">That&#8217;s not all. Statistics also provided by recruitment specialist, Michael Page, shows that while 83% of job seekers think that their CV must be under two pages in length, only 32% of recruiters actually agree.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">If you think adding a photograph to your CV will actually make it stand out, you might need to have a rethink because 74% of recruiters say this would actually weaken your CV.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Below are least important CV elements<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1.
