Cancer is not just one disease but a group of diseases which can cause almost any symptom so it could really be complicated knowing the symptoms to watch out for.<\/p>\n

1. Fever can be an early sign of leukemia or lymphoma.<\/p>\n

2. Losing weight when it’s not on purpose could signal cancer of pancreas, stomach, esophagus or lungs.<\/p>\n

3. Back pain can be a symptom of cancer of the colon or ovary.<\/p>\n

4. Headache that doesn’t get better with treatment could be a symptom of brain tumor.<\/p>\n

5. Getting tired always even with adequate rest could be a symptom of colon cancer, stomach cancer or leukemia.<\/p>\n
