1. DON’T GO BACK TO SLEEP:<\/b><\/p>\n

Going back to sleep after a restless night instead of getting out of bed should be avoided because scientists believe hitting snooze after a bad night is not wise since the sleep we get in its wake is poor in quality.<\/p>\n

2. EAT BREAKFAST WITHIN AN HOUR OF GETTING OUT OF BED:<\/b><\/p>\n

3. AVOID SUNGLASSES:<\/b><\/p>\n

Avoid taking more than a cup of coffee in the morning as a cup is just ok.<\/p>\n

6. AVOID TAKING COFFEE AFTER 3PM:<\/b><\/p>\n

Having coffee after 3pm can affect your chances of getting a good night’s rest which you definitely need after having a restless night the previous night because caffeine can stay in the body for seven hours.<\/p>\n
