What’s hot and what isn’t in your relationship? This article aims at pointing out what relationship partners do in the course of a relationship that is really good and also the things they do that really shouldn’t be done in a relationship.
I titled this ‘what’s hot and what isn’t’:
— What’s hot is having an unplanned date night with your partner; that’s romantic.
— What isn’t hot is comparing your man or lady to that of your friend; a relationship isn’t a competition.
— What’s hot is celebrating your partner even when it isn’t a special event or date; buy that special person a well-thought gift, you shouldn’t have to wait till a birthday or anniversary… now that’s hot.
— What isn’t hot is repeating the same mistakes your partner always complains about; to be fair, it’s annoying to the affected partner.
— What’s hot is having lots of sex… unplanned and safe sex with your partner. Well, it keeps the relationship steaming, plus it comes with lots of benefits.
— What isn’t hot is keeping your date standing for anything more than a minute; always keep to time.
— What’s hot is taking appropriate care of yourself and being fashionable; it makes your partner proud of you.
— What isn’t hot is taking your partner for granted just because he/she cares too much.
— What’s hot is kissing your partner in front of your ex; I mean, there is no harm in making someone jealous of your relationship. Lol
— What isn’t hot is being that cheating partner; it hurts instead.
— What’s hot is always appreciating your partner for every good they do; it would even make them do more.
— What isn’t hot is being nonchalant in a relationship; why come into the relationship in the first place?
— What’s hot is giving your partner undivided attention; it makes one feel special.
— What isn’t hot is making no conscious effort to be good in bed; good sex is very valuable.
— What’s hot is complimenting your partner whenever they look good; expect more of such good looks afterwards.
— What isn’t hot is being a nagging partner; it could drive one crazy.
— What’s hot is never failing to tell your partner how much you love him / her.
— What isn’t hot is bottling up your feelings; it would choke you someday.
— What’s hot is treating your partner like a king or queen even when with friends and family; it would make them feel respected and valued.
— What isn’t hot is constant arguing, fighting and domestic violence in your relationship. Come on, even Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao shook hands afterwards.
— Have you ever taken a cold shower with your partner during a hot day? Trust me when I say that’s hot (literally)
— What’s hot is making your partner happy irrespective of the fact that you aren’t; it shows you have a big heart.
— Well, what isn’t hot is when a girlfriend has an issue with a much stronger guy and expects her man to fight; that isn’t hot, it could hurt.
— What’s hot is being spontaneous in your relationship; it adds an unimaginable level of spice.
— What isn’t hot is being cold and flat to your partner; nice try being a refrigerator when you’re a human.
— What’s hot is cooking your man/woman a special dish when they least expect; good food brings its own happiness.
— What isn’t hot is thinking you’re perfect, not listening to your partner and always thinking you’re right. If you think this much of yourself, go take a GMAT test, your score would shock you.
I could go on and on about what’s hot and what isn’t, but it would take a whole year before I even reach half page. Basically, what’s hot is being a great relationship partner, and what isn’t hot is being the total opposite.
Have you been doing what’s hot in your relationship?
