Sleeping together with your partner on the bed may also reduce cytokines and boost oxytocin, the so-called love hormone that is known to ease anxiety. No wonder it’s been noted that sleeping with a partner may be a prominent reason people in intimate relationships tend to be in better health and live longer than sad and lonely singletons.

If you want to get the best results from sleeping together with your partner, maybe you should try sleeping naked. According to a survey which was commissioned by Cotton USA, sleeping naked together builds a sense of closeness and intimacy, which in turn, strengthens your relationship.

So don’t forget to sleep with your partner tonight.
