If you have or are currently suffering from an overly oily skin, you know how frustrating it can be. You suffer too much pimples and acne, and you don’t even enjoy lasting makeup as a woman, which could be totally annoying.

Oily skin is a result of a substance called Sebum. It is usually secreted by the sebaceous glands, and is fine when in decent quantity, however sometimes it’s a little too much, hence creating a problem for people.

STRESS

Stress is not a healthy thing. It’s hard to avoid, but we have to try. Stress can lead to the production of androgen in the body, which of course, would lead to the secretion of more oil in the skin.
