Being in love with someone takes a lot of your emotions, and it’s like sharing your life with that person, that’s if you’re in the relationship with that person. Going by this, it’s plain impossible to love two people at the same time. You cannot treat them both equally and you cannot have the same affection for the two of them.
If it’s not true, then it isn’t love, and for love to be true, there has to be trust, faithfulness, honesty, commitment, selflessness and dedication. Can you then say this will be possible if you claim to love two people at the same time?
For you to claim to love two people at the same time shows that your definition of love is really flawed. Love is more than just an emotion, and in a heart where it exists, it is clearly dominant.
You can probably be attracted to two people at the same time, but to love two people at the same time only disqualifies what truly being in love means.
