9 THINGS YOU HAVE TO START DOING NOW

In a way, what you do everyday ends up defining who you are. It’s by your daily actions that your true person is revealed.

These are 9 things you have to start doing now:

1. START TAKING GOOD CARE OF YOURSELF

Learn to take proper care of your body; it’s the only place you have to live in. When your body isn’t well functional, it’d be hard to be at your best. Eat well, exercise and have enough sleep.

2. START TELLING YOURSELF THE HARD TRUTH

Learn to start telling yourself the truth, no matter how hard it is. If you can’t be truthful to yourself, then you are living a lie.

3. IMPROVE YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH PEOPLE

Learn how to talk to people, know how to be with people and know how to have good relationships with people everywhere you go.

4. START IMPROVING YOURSELF

Choose one area of your life and work on it every day. When you keep doing this, no matter how little, you’ll become proficient in no time. When you reach a certain height in one area, you go on to another deficient area and improve yourself.

5. BE GRATEFUL

There’s always something to be grateful for if only you can look deep within. Start being grateful; look for something every day and be grateful for it.

6. BE HAPPY

Don’t let events and circumstances decide your happiness. Choose to be happy; make it a conscious act to be happy at all times.

7. HAVE A VISION FOR YOUR LIFE

Don’t just wake up everyday and live your life anyhow; have a vision, have a focus and have a plan for where you are going. Life is a journey.

8. CREATE TIME TO MEDITATE

Take time out to meditate, reflect and do some soul-searching. It’s in moment like this that you find peace and draw upon inspiration. Don’t just work around the clock without creating time to meditate.

9. FORGIVE

Learn to purge your heart everyday and start a new day on a clean slate. Learn to let go and forgive yourself of your past mistakes and forgive others too. Create a free spirit deep within you.
