1. PAST EXPERIENCE
Bad break ups hurt guys too; if a guy has had bad previous relationships he might decide to take a break from the dating world. So many guys have put themselves in the single zone after being hurt by a lady they used to love. You won’t really blame a guy for this; coming from a bad break up, he would definitely need some space.
2. SCARED OF COMMITMENT
Most guys have commitment issues; committing to one lady is a really hard task for them; not that they don’t want to but they are just scared of the whole commitment thing. Commitment takes a lot and most guys aren’t just ready for that.
3. THEY JUST DON’T WANT TO
Hard as it may seem but that’s the truth; so many guys for some reasons and for no reason at all choose not to be in a relationship. These kind of guys would give weird reasons (which actually makes sense to them) why they shouldn’t be in a relationship.
4. TO FLIRT
I’m pretty sure this is the reason everyone has been waiting for. Well, guys love to flirt and so many avoid the stronghold of relationships so that they can flirt easily. By this, they aren’t committed to anyone, they aren’t cheating on anyone; it’s just them alone. Obviously, so many guys do this a whole lot.
5. WOMEN ISSUES
Loathe it or not, many guys think like this; some guys choose to remain single rather than be in a relationship because women issues can be so frustrating. So rather than be embroiled in a relationship with issues and controversy, they choose to be alone.
6. CHOOSY
Some guys are also choosy about the kind of women they date; if you ask them why they are single, they would tell you that they haven’t seen their kind of lady. People get confused when guys make this statement, but these kinds of guys are the more conservative ones who wouldn’t jump into a relationship for relationship sake.
7. FOCUS
Some guys have this notion that being with a lady could be an unnecessary distraction so for this reason they choose to focus on their career or any serious thing going on in their life. To them women and relationships can come later.
8. MONETARY REASONS
A lot of guys also stay away from relationships for this reason. Let’s face it, being in a relationship is expensive and you would hardly see any lady who wants to keep a relationship with a guy that can’t afford all the luxuries that come with relationship; so for this reason, guys even choose reason 7 and 6 to be alone too.
Some guys would also complain about trust issues as to why they are alone.
