7 TIPS TO HELP YOU ORGANISE YOUR DAY

Organisation is the watchword to having a successful day. When your day is well-planned, everything will seem to fall into place. However, when your day isn’t thoroughly planned, you’d experience lots of hiccups in your activity.

Being organised before the start of the day is a good tip to having a successful day.

These are some tips that will help your day be well-organised:

1. Try to have a good sleep; observe a good sleep routine so that you’ll wake up feeling fresh and organised.

2. Plan your day the night before. Know all that you are going to do the following day, from morning till the end of the day. This will help keep you focused organised.

3. Write down your plans for the new day. It’s not enough to plan in your head, you should write it down too because you might forget it by the time it’s morning.

4. Remember to plan your day in order of priorities. Start with the tasks that are more important than the ones that are less important.

5. Don’t try to do too much in a day. Plan your day according to what is achievable and also create a time to rest. If you have the time, a power nap of 30 minutes will make you feel energised to end the day’s work in high spirit.

6. Group related things together so that you’ll save time. Time is of the essence.

7. Try to avoid unnecessary chatter and distractions; keep focus.
