You can’t be in love with two or more persons at the same time if you are genuinely in love. True love doesn’t work that way. When you are truly in love, you are focused on one person. So are you focused on just your partner?

Just because moments with that person are magical isn’t prove you are in love. Will you feel that way as time goes by? I always encourage people not to be in a hurry to use the word “love”. Give yourself time to understand if what you feel is truly love. If it’s infatuation, it will diminish with time but true love grows with time.

You can’t say you are in love with your partner and you ignore problems when they arise. That isn’t love; that’s infatuation. Couples who are truly in love with each other face problems squarely and try to solve them.

It’s so easy to say you are in love when you have to see the person 24/7. Can you still remain passionate with your partner when temporarily separated by distance?
