7 POSSIBLE REASONS WHY YOU ARE EASILY FATIGUED

Being fatigued is quite normal under some certain situations like stress but being easily fatigued isn’t too normal.

When you are easily fatigued it would affect every other area of your life… and the bedroom aspect won’t be left out.

There are certain factors that could be responsible for fatigue and they need to be rectified so you can gain your strength back.

1. YOUR LEVEL OF SLEEP

The human system can be compared to a machine or probably even more fragile; the body needs adequate rest after work on a daily basis else it would be easily fatigued. Try to avoid caffeine and alcohol to have adequate sleep if you belong in this category.

2. EXERCISING

Exercise comes in two aspects. Rigorous exercising just before bed time can leave you fatigued and lack of exercising is even worst as it can also leave you fatigued. Various studies have revealed that exercise breeds energy while being inactive could make fatigue easily step in. Even if you haven’t been exercising, engage in it gradually and your body would outgrow the initial pain it brings.

3. DEPRESSION

Depression doesn’t only leave you sad and unhappy; it also drains the energy out of you. It can rub you off your sleep and leave you emotionally drained, leaving you fatigued in the process.

4. POOR DIET

There is a reason why health experts would always emphasize on eating healthy and eating balanced diet; poor dieting can leave you fatigued. Caffeine and other foods that are hazardous to your health can leave you tired.

5. SLEEP APNOEA

This is a condition where your throats narrows during sleep and distorts your breathing during sleep. This distortion in breathing can leave you fatigued all day long.

6. CHRONIC FATIGUE SYNDROME

This syndrome is also known as myalgic encephalomyelitis or ME for short is a severe tiredness that comes with symptoms such as sore throat, muscle and joint pain and headache.

7. DIABETES

One significant symptom of diabetes is the feeling of tiredness; other symptoms include feelings of being very thirsty, weight loss and it is caused by too much sugar in the blood.

Thyroid Problems, anaemia, uncontrollable feeling of anxiety and sleeping problems can also be a major cause of fatigue.
