5 TYPES OF EMPLOYEES EVERY EMPLOYER LOVES

good employee

There are different types of employees with different personality traits. But not every employee is an employer’s dream employee. While some employees can be easily replaced, some other employees are almost irreplaceable.

There are some kinds of employees that make an employer delighted, and below are some of those kinds of employees every employer is looking for:

1. THE PROBLEM SOLVER

Some people are skilled at handling problems, and these kinds of employees make every employer delighted. An employee that can face a problem and tackle it heads on with results is every employer’s delight. No employer wants an employee that’s scared of problems, because problems must always come up in an organisation.

2. A MOTIVATED EMPLOYEE

Simply put, many employees hate their job and have a lazy attitude towards work. No employer wants such an employee; every employer wants an employee that’s motivated to work.

3. THE CREATIVE EMPLOYEE

Just like the problem solver, a creative employee is seen as irreplaceable by any employer. A creative employee is one that’s always filled with ideas; such an employee is every employer’s delight.

4. THE RELIABLE EMPLOYEE

Many employees aren’t reliable, and it’s a cause for concern of many employers. A reliable employee is one that’s not only competent in his / her work, but also dedicated and can be looked upon for results at any given time.

5. EMPLOYEES THAT UNDERSTAND TASK AND EXECUTE IT EFFECTIVELY

Every employer loves an employee that understands task given to them and executes it without a fault. Every employer also loves an employee that understands the company’s goals and objectives and work hard in helping the company to achieve the set goals and targets.

If you are an employee, what kind of employee would you call yourself?
