Positive thinking doesn’t start when you are faced with a terrible situation, it doesn’t start when you are faced with challenges; it starts when you wake up each morning. It starts with the things you speak, the things you say and the things you believe.

These are some things you should say to yourself when you wake up.

Be glad and grateful that you saw a new morning. Don’t think negatively about anything; just be grateful.

Say to yourself that today would be good, and believe it in your heart that today would actually be good.

3.TODAY IS FILLED WITH POSSIBILITIES”

Everyday is filled with possibilities; believe it and say it to yourself as you wake up each morning.

If you want a happy day, say to yourself that today would be a happy day.

5. “I CHOOSE TO BE HAPPY TODAY”

Speak to yourself what you choose; choose to be happy and be glad no matter what.

Look at yourself each morning in the mirror and tell yourself that you’re beautiful, and love just the way you are.

Believe that you are awesome and that you can make an impact, and say it to yourself each morning as you wake up.
