10 SIGNS IT’S HIGH TIME YOU END THAT RELATIONSHIP

unhappy couple

Some people cling on to relationships like their lives depended on it, irrespective of the relationship being cruel to them or the relationship not being what they expect from it.

Hanging onto some relationships is a big mistake that you shouldn’t make.

I’d share some signs below and if these signs are present in your relationship, then it’s high time you call it quits on that relationship and move forward with your life.

1. THE RELATIONSHIP IS IMBALANCED

Some relationships hang on just one person; that person does all the loving, all the caring, all the communicating and shows all the commitment without getting anything in return from their partner. If you are in such a relationship, then it’s high time you end that relationship because you are only punishing yourself at the end of the day for someone who cares so little.

2. NO COMMITMENT FROM EITHER PARTY

A relationship would only survive when both parties are fully committed to making that relationship work. When commitment is lacking from both partners then that relationship has long past its expiration date; partners who cling on to such relationships are merely deceiving themselves.

3. YOU CAN’T SEE A FUTURE

There are different stages to a relationship; the early stage of the relationship is for both partners to learn more about each other and understand each other better — this stage should teach both partners what they expect from each other and the relationship. The second stage of a relationship should be where the love is cemented; at this stage, couples ought to have fully developed love for each other and know each other deeply. The final stage is the future; it’s the goal of every committed partner to have a future with their special someone.

However, if you can’t see a future with that person, or there is no hope for a future together, then you should really quit that relationship.

4. NO TRUST

What’s the use of being in a relationship without trust?

People underestimate the importance of trust in a relationship, but trust is highly important for that relationship to succeed. When trust is lacking, that relationship can hardly be successful.
