This post intends to lift everyone who has been put down by society in one way or another. You see, life is for every one of us the way we choose to see it.
You cannot let society define your life because it is yours to live and enjoy. If you have ever felt inferior over any of the following, you need to stop now!
THE WAY YOU LOOK
Unless you have the power to create a fully functional human, then, no one has the right to make another person feel bad about their looks. We were all formed in our mothers’ wombs. No one is responsible for the way they look, so why feel bad about yourself? Besides, looking ‘unattractive’ to one person doesn’t mean you look the same way to another. We all have different eyes, we see things differently. I know a lot of good-looking people who ended up not being important to the world. I know a lot of ‘unattractive’ people who are VIPs today. It’s all in how you see yourself. Do not lose confidence because of what a few irrelevant people think.
There are people who are not happy and proud of the family they come from, and it’s for no reason except that they’re not so wealthy or of a great status in society. Do not be like those people. Family is everything. Unless your family rejects you on their own accord or they have a criminal history, you have every reason to embrace them. Remember that when everyone else fails you, family are likely the ones that never will.
Just because the people you started with have gotten far ahead of you doesn’t mean you won’t get there. Do not allow anyone bully you into thinking you’re a failure simply because you’re yet to hit the heights you’re expected to. The important thing is to try. As long as you’re trying to improve and be better, there’s a higher chance of success than not.
You also need to understand that our clocks tickets differently in life. Some start before others, but it doesn’t mean the others won’t get there.
Unless your beliefs directly pose harm and violence to people around you, you have nothing to worry about. You are the things you believe in so, believe in the right things, and allow your life to form around them.
THE CHOICES YOU MAKE
We all have different choices. Some of the ones you make won’t always sit well with people around you; because they feel threatened by them or they just don’t understand it. Either ways, your choices are things you should hold on to, and never be apologetic about because in the end, you either learn from them or you’re happier for them. Either ways, you still gain something.
