Ever noticed that sometimes your partner wouldn’t just be in the mood to have sex, no matter what you do or try to do. Stress takes a toll on our health and life, and even the sexual part isn’t left out most times.
A survey by Women’s Health magazine found that most women’s libido tend to be dormant during the weekday. However, the same cannot be said of a Saturday, as most women tend to get frisky on Saturdays, 11pm especially.
The study pointed out that busy schedules and a lack of free time are the major reasons women lack the drive for sex on a weekday.
Also, a different study conducted by the London school of Economics found that Thursday mornings are when both men and women hormonal levels are at their peak, as estrogen and testosterone levels are about five times higher in the morning than any time of the day.
Be sure to find out for yourself which day or time actually suits you and your partner, as a good sex life can help alleviate stress and boost your mental health.
